Which phone provider handles my calls with Das ABO?

Customers with these subscriptions use the Salt network. Invoicing and services such as My Account and Customer Care are also handled by Salt.

When is my 10 GB at 4G speed renewed?

The 10 GB at full 4G speed are renewed on the 10th of the month, when the new billing cycle starts. When you have used the 10 GB at 4G speed, you can continue to surf at reduced speed (56 kbit/s). This speed is adequate to surf the internet, send e-mails and use messaging services (such as WhatsApp etc.). The data volume with reduced speed is unlimited.
If you wish to continue surfing at 4G speed you can buy additional data packages (CHF 15.– for 1 GB or CHF 49.– for 5 GB). Any unused data credit from the previous billing cycle will be lost.

To which countries can I make unlimited calls with Das ABO?

Unlimited calls to fixed and mobile networks:
Andorra, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia (only fixed networks included), Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Palestinian Territories, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey (only fixed networks included), UK, USA, Vatican.

What’s the minimum contract duration with the Das ABO subscription?

Das ABO without a new phone: The minimum contract duration is 12 months after which it will be extended for subsequent periods of 12 months and can be cancelled with 60 days’ notice at the end of the minimum contract duration or each contract extension.
Das ABO with a new phone: The minimum contract duration is 24 months.

Can I carry forward my phone number from another operator when I switch to Das ABO?

Yes. Call 0800 667 667 for further information.

I already have a Salt subscription. Can I switch to Das ABO?

Yes. Once the minimum term of your current Salt contract has expired, you can resign and call 0800 667 667 and get a new Das ABO subscription with a new phone number. Salt PrePay customers can subscribe to Das ABO anytime and keep their existing phone number.

What about Special and Premium numbers?

The fee for calling Special and Premium numbers is CHF 0.40/min. Providers may charge a fee for their service. Calls are charged by the minute.
Special and Premium numbers include those starting with 90x, 084x, 18xy, 0878 and short numbers. 058x: there is no surcharge for calling from your mobile.
Your subscription includes calls to 058x numbers.
